Try these 21 digital habits for 21 days..👇

1. Delay touching your phone for 30 minutes after waking up, even if you don’t do anything productive in that time.

2. Keep your phone out of sight while working, not just on silent.

3. Read messages fully before replying, instead of replying while half-reading.

4. Stop checking your phone while walking, even for short distances.

5. Leave one notification unread on purpose each day, just to break the habit of instant response.

6. Do one daily task without background content, no podcast, no video, no music.

7. End scrolling sessions intentionally, by saying “I’m done” in your head instead of stopping randomly.

8. Put your phone face down during conversations, even casual ones.

9. Avoid opening apps out of boredom, and sit with that boredom for 60 seconds before deciding.

10. Check social media only after finishing one meaningful task, not before.

11. Don’t Google one small doubt immediately, and see if your mind can work it out on its own.

12. Turn off read receipts and observe how much mental pressure disappears.

13. Keep one room in your house screen-light, not screen-free, just lighter than the rest.

14. Notice how your body feels before and after scrolling, without judging it.

15. Avoid screens during the first and last 15 minutes of meals, even if others are using theirs.

16. Delete one app that you use automatically but don’t enjoy, not the most addictive one, just the most pointless one.

17. Pause for three breaths before unlocking your phone, every single time.

18. Stop watching videos at 1.25x or 1.5x, and let your mind slow down.

19. Don’t multitask on screens, no switching between apps during one activity.

20. Charge your phone outside arm’s reach at night, even if it’s just a little farther away.

21. At the end of each day, ask yourself one question: “Did my phone support my day today, or interrupt it?”

Do them for 21 days, not to become perfect, but to notice patterns you didn’t realise existed.

If you try even five of these, tell me which one felt hardest.
That’s usually the one doing the most work. 💪
